South Africaâ€™s largest and JSE-listed recruitment agency specializing in IT, Finance and Engineering that has been in the business for the past 35 years is currently seeking excelling sales or recruitment consultants that will join our team of professional specialist recruiters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for driven, resilient, sales orientated and individuals who are used to working in a fast-paced environment. Whereas the selected candidate you will get supported by dedicated trainers who will coach and guide you during your first few months up until you have grasped our proven working methodology and company culture. With endless rewards, commission and incentives on top of the basic salary for targets met and exceeded.

As a recruitment consultant, your duties will include:
-Business development
- Cold calling conversions
- Industry research (prospective clients in your specific industry)
- Sourcing top talent and candidates with scarce skills
- Interviewing candidates
- Attending client meetings

Required experience:
- Degree
- 3-5 years’ sales or recruitment experience
- Ability to liaise at boardroom / high level
- Assertive and persuasive
- Track record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
