SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Polokwane area and operating in the Oil Manufacturing Industry is currently seeking a Refinery Operator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Monitoring the refinery’s operations to ensure that they are running smoothly
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery in order to detect malfunctions and potential problems
  • Installing new equipment and machinery as needed
  • Recording operational data such as temperature, pressure, volume, and flow rates
  • Responding to leaks, spills, or other emergencies by taking corrective action or notifying supervisors of the situation
  • Operating automated control panels to monitor and regulate equipment settings
Minimum Requirements: 
  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Relevant Qualification
  • 3-5 years experience as a Refinery Operator
  • A clear criminal record
