SUMMARY:
Our client in the Steel Manufacturing industry is looking for a Refractory Technician to join their team in Steelpoort, Limpopo.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

N6 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Diploma
5 years experience in refractory installation in the steel industry or/
National Diploma: Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering will be an advantage
3 years experience in refractory installation in the steel industry
Sound understanding of ASHACT, quality and environmental standards
Compatibility to the Steelplant environment is critical
Must be physically fit to work shifts
Comfortable to work in an environment with extreme heat, dust, noise and heights
Computer literate
Experience with coaching and monitoring diverse teams within the Business Unit
