JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience and Skills Required

7 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
Graduate in any qualification.
Represent all leading brands in the Region.
Preparing and managing annual turnover and operating budgets.
Oversee regular trade visits with the team of Franchise Management.
Monitor service levels.
Manage the expectations and requirements of customers.
Developing annual Operational plans that is in line with the strategies of the brand.
