Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, have strong analytical skills, and be highly proficient in Excel. This role requires experience in managing financial data, working with international banks, and handling multi-currency transactions. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing bank feeds within the accounting system, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Provide clear and accurate financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.
• Handle bank feeds within the accounting program and ensure accuracy in multi-currency transactions.
• Work closely with international banks to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• At least 2 years of experience working with multiple currencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with international banking operations and technical expertise in managing bank feeds within an accounting system.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

This role requires a candidate with strong technical skills, the ability to handle complex financial data, and experience in international banking. We need someone who is confident in Excel and capable of resolving financial discrepancies efficiently.
