Our client an International BPO services provider is urgently seeking x10 Hotel Reservations Call Centre Operators, to work from home:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Gr.12/Matric
  • 6+ Years' experience in Hotel Front Office and Reservations experience at 4/5* establishment
  • 4+ Years' experience in Opera Property Management System
  • Uncapped 25/50mbps Fibre (wired) connection with up- and download speeds of at least 20mbps
  • Home office environment + Generator or UPS and USB headset
  • Immediate availability required
