POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Property industry experience (Essential)
MDA System Experience (Essential)
Proficient in Excel (Essential)
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position (Essential)
Accounting Diploma or equivalent (Advantage)

DUTIES:

Full tenant billing function
Calculation of tenant recoveries
Allocation of Tenant Payments
Tenant deposit reconciliations
Manage and maintain lease agreements/information on MDA
Conducting of Lease Audits
Tenant related reporting and reconciliations
Liaise with tenants to resolve queries
General Administrative functions (BBBEE Reporting, staff training, filing, adhoc projects, onthly and ad-hoc reporting etc.)
Monthly and ad-hoc reporting

Responsibilities:

Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
