SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-oriented Rental Administrator with a passion for residential property management? We are looking for an experienced individual to manage our portfolio of 200+ residential units, focusing on the financial side of rental administration.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties (200+ units) with a focus on financial administration.
Perform account reconciliations, handle rental income, and manage tenant billing and expense allocation.
Utilize WeConnectU and Excel to maintain accurate records and provide monthly financial reports.
Address tenant queries, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions promptly.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property rental management, with a focus on portfolios of 200+ units.
Proficiency in Excel and WeConnectU software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing financial aspects of property administration.
Solid experience in account reconciliation and financial management.
