Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a Rental Agent to join their team. This position requires someone that can work under pressure and within a team.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Computer literate.
• Own transport is essential.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Matric certificate.
• Detail orientated and time management skills.
• Computer literate.
• Organized and passionate about real estate.
• Must be able to work under pressure and willing to work after hours if required.

• Managing the rental portfolio.
• Dealing with the rental agreements.
• Handling any issues that may arise.
• Scheduling property showings and dealing with the maintenance of the properties.
• Property inspections.
• Process rental applications and information.
