Job Title: Rental Agent
Location: Groenkloof
Salary:  R6000 - R8000 + Commission on Rentals


Duties and responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand housing needs and preferences.
• Identify suitable rental properties using real estate databases.
• Conduct property showings to showcase rental options.
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and review lease agreements.
• Keep clients updated on market trends and availability.
• Build relationships with landlords and industry professionals.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work towards achieving rental placement targets.

• Minimum 2 years of rental agent experience.
• Proficiency in real estate databases and technology.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local rental markets and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Valid real estate license (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
