Our client in the automotive sector seeks to employ x4 Workshop Assistants to be based at their branch in Kempton Park.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Perform high quality repairs and maintenance (to be taught technical competencies and a continuous improvement of the technical knowledge and skills combination)
  • Must have a commercial mindset in order to ensure high level performance and customer satisfaction
  • Follow defined processes, standards and guidelines
  • Work long hours and keen to learn from various journeymen
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Checks on vehicles with high level of quality and in a timeous manner
  • Comply with the deadlines per job given
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate or N3 or equivalent
  • Must have previous mechanical experience - essential
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Previous workshop experience with repairing and maintaining vehicles
  • Read and Write in English
  • Physically fit
