• Forecasting Market Trends: Predicting future market trends to stay ahead of the curve and make proactive business decisions 
• Improving Service Delivery: Using market research to inform the development of new services or the improvement of existing ones to better meet client needs 
• Setting Realistic Targets: Establishing achievable goals for growth, and client service based on market research findings 
• Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks in the company’s operating environment and developing strategies to mitigate them
