RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established, international organisation in the TRAVEL INDUSTRY to recruit RESERVATION CONSULTANTS to be based at their offices in DURBAN. R7 000ctc to R12 000ctc basic, negotiable + commission.

The ideal candidate should have/be the following:
Matric.
A qualification relevant to the travel industry, an advantage.
A service-oriented approach.
Previous experience in a telephone sales environment.
Proven sales ability.
Familiar with reservations processes and procedures.
A quick learner
Able to multitask
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Confidently and effectively deal with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
Match the most appropriate travel products with the client''s individual and unique needs.
Book reservations for the client for air, travel, hotel, safari tours and car rentals, and follow up with the client when necessary to secure the reservation.
Selling and upselling of different packages
Answering of calls professionally and promptly.
Submit call reports.
Accurate capturing of customer information.
Respond, deal with, and resolve customer complaints within the set period.
Assist with queries and bookings on social media platforms.
Remuneration:
R7 000ctc to R12 000ctc basic, negotiable + commission.
