POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hospitality reservations experience
• Knowledge of PAN Hospitality software is advantageous

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work remotely in a lodge environment
• Additional customer service experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial

• Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for guests interested in Samara.
• Efficiently manage the reservation process from initial inquiry to final booking.
• Strategically sell accommodations and experiences to maximize revenue while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with tour operators and travel advisors by providing prompt and detailed information.
• Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and create tailored itineraries for VIPs and themed trips.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date rates and booking terms are displayed on online platforms.
• Generate comprehensive reports on sales, income, new business, inquiries, and booking releases.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the reservations office by performing general administrative tasks.
