A Beautiful family owned Lodge is looking for a RESERVATIONS MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in a Reservations Manager role
• Be able to handle all reservations from start to finish
• Handle all outsourced activity bookings
• Proficient in the use of InnKeeper advantageous and be computer literate
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Have some Food and Beverage knowledge and be able to manage this department when the F&B manager is away
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good command of the English language
• Be a well presented and groomed individual
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Have great people skills and be enthusiastic about guest delight
