SUMMARY:
Reservations Manager required for a stunning hotel group in Africa

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maximse room occupancy and average rate
  • Load rates and contracts
  • Ensure all reservations are handled according to the company's accounting standards
  • Upselling of rooms
  • Reporting
  • Managing the PMS inventory
The candidate should have a hospitality diploma, min 4yrs experience in a Reservations Managerial role.  The start date will be September 2022.
