SUMMARY:
Staff Connection is urgently looking for a driven, dynamic and extroverted Residence Managers for our client in the student accommodation space within the Gauteng region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Diploma or General Business Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years practical management experience within the residence / hospitality / facilities environment
Code 08 driver’s licence
Excellent client, service, people and student orientation
Good working and theoretical knowledge of current legislation and policies governing Human Resources and Health & Safety
Live-in position
Facilities management experience
Utilities management
Implementing Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
Staff management
Financial acumen
Sourcing, negotiating, and establishing & managing SLA’s
Managing in-house business tenants
