POSITION INFO:
RESORT MANAGER
LIMPOPO PROVINCE - Phalaborwa
This position requires a person with the below Resort Management experience

Previous Hospitality / Resort Industry Management experience working within the Bushveld
Position includes accommodation
Required skills and experience required -
· A minimum of 6 years experience in management of a Resort
· Previous Staff management experience – Vital
· This person is required to speak both English, Afrikaans as well as African languages
· Grade 12 and relevant certificate
· Person ideally single and should be passionate about the Bushveld
· Knowledge of calculations and Reservation Systems
· Driver’s license
· Ability to manage time well and be well organized / Be tactful in dealing with guest and staff-related matters / Have the initiative to solve problems and perform under pressure
· Must be a team player, but also be able to work on your own.
Experience requirements include -
· Overseeing the overall Management of the Resort property
· General running and Management of a Resort
· Management of a team
· Manage income and expenses according to budget
· Managing and implementation of the service and operating standards
· Liaise with clients & suppliers
· Participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing of the property
· Executing monthly statistics and reports
· Filing and other related administrative work
· Implementation and Management of the Company’s Financial and HR Policies, Company Health and Safety regulations

Salary offering - R 20 000.00 to R 25 000.00 - (Depending on experience)
