SUMMARY:
Mindworx is hiring a Resourcing Coordinator to assist and coordinate the full resourcing function within Resourcing. The primary point of contact for an end to end resourcing assignment activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant university degree in Business
Demonstrated, traceable experience in Resourcing within a corporate environment
5 years Coordinating/ administrative function in Resourcing within a corporate

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise:

System knowledge

Competencies:

Excellent communication and people skills
Talent strategy execution
Conceptual and innovative sourcing competencies
Demonstrated relationship building and networking skills
In-depth industry understanding and knowledge
