An upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston is seeking a General Restaurant Manager with at least 8 years of experience in Restaurant management, including 5 years in a GM role. The ideal candidate should possess strong operations management skills and be able to oversee all aspects of the Restaurant operation. Fluency in English is a must, along with a history of loyalty and positive references. Proficiency in cash up reconciliation, stock management, and opening & closing procedures is required.
