JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading franchise Restaurant group is looking for a General Manager for their store in Sun Coast Casino. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as a senior manager will be considered. Must have very strong all-round management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and have good customer relations skills. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under and who works well on a Restaurant floor.
