POSITION INFO:
Possible duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and support staff.
• Develop and maintain high-quality service standards, training staff to exceed expectations.
• Manage reservations and optimize table turnover while maintaining a personalized guest experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to craft innovative menus that reflect the hotel’s unique brand.
• Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage the restaurant’s budget, tracking performance against targets.
• Plan and execute special events or promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end or boutique setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
