Job Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food Safety Certification
- Additional training in customer service
Working Conditions:

- Weekend and evening shifts will be required
