JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinate daily front of house restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond in the correct manner to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Monitor and assist staff on the floor
  • Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service
  • In charge of FOH staff as well as BOH
  • Manage all F & B and day to day running or the restaurant
  • Liaise with Events department and assist with functions
  • Ensure all IR & disciplinary policies and proceedures are adhere to
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained
  • Weekly / months reports
  • Checking daily cash ups
