Established Restaurant in Sandton Illovo is looking for a Restaurant Manager with 4 or more years Restaurant management experience. Applicants must have good front & back of house management experience. Ability to manage and train staff is essential. Main duties will include customer relations, stock management and general Restaurant administration. Looking for a well-spoken candidate fluent in English.
