Restaurant Manager - Rustenburg

Established Restaurant in the Rustenburg area is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as senior manager will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed.
