Calling all Client Service Managers with Retail Account Experience (Advertising Industry) in Cape town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client a leading and well known company based in woodstock requires a competent and experienced Retail Client Service Manager to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS:

 · Proven track record of experience – evidence of multi-tasking, organisation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Matric ESSENTIAL

A tertiary Qualification will be highly beneficial

· Computer skills, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on excellent Excel skills.

 · 2-3 years proven work experience as Client/Customer Service Account manager.

· Certification in Client Relationship management and Business Administration is a plus.

· “Can do” attitude, Willingness to see challenges as opportunities

· Communication and problem-solving skills

· Decision and problem-solving skills

· Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel)ESSENTIAL

· Understanding of meeting and exceeding required service level agreements

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· A team player with high level of dedication

· Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment

Must be Crimibal Clear

Must reside in the Greater Cape Town area.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  · Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer queries

· Analyse root cause for issues in order to reduce query management

· Provide accurate and timeous reporting for campaigns and projects

· Manage internal relationships and escalation protocols as agreed upon with client

· Problem solving and feedback to relevant parties (Internal and External)

· Manage the priority requests as per clients input

· Act as a point of contact between relevant departments

· Acknowledge all requests from client and escalate to required departments to action.

· Maintain standards and quality of work outputs

· Manage the service levels across the departments

· In-depth understanding of the Client they are responsible for

· Ensure correct and accurate billing for the Client is done at month en
