Retail Installations Coordinator

You'll be the driving force behind planning and executing campaigns, liaising with clients, tracking timelines, and ensuring our team is set up for success. If you’re results-driven, hands-on, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you!

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning and organizing installation resources.
• Making sure the team is prepped and ready for their tasks.
• Working closely with our logistics guru to ensure everything arrives on time.
• Supporting installation teams and troubleshooting challenges.
• Reviewing and signing off on installation photos.
• Keeping the client in the loop and ensuring top-notch quality control.
• Compiling audit & completion reports (yep, we love keeping things documented!).

• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar).
• Background in Visual Merchandising/shopfitting? That’s a BIG plus!
• A degree in Business Admin or Project Management would be great.
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills.
• Valid driver’s license & own transport – you’ll need to be mobile.
• Highly organized & deadline-driven (we move fast!).
• Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Willing to put in extra hours when needed.
