Retail Sales Consultant - Cape Town

SUMMARY:

Sales roles to be filled in the following areas:

• Tokai

• Milnerton

• Durbanville

• Gardens

• Glengarry

• Tableview

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily stock counts in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Ensure shelves are sufficiently stocked and products are displayed correctly.
• Participate in daily cash-ups and float checks with the Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment ready for trade.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching stock, ensuring accuracy during loading/off-loading with delivery drivers.
• Achieve monthly branch and individual sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate customer service, including quotes and invoices.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring minimal complaints.
• Inform customers of ongoing specials and promotions.
• Follow up on customer quotes within appropriate timeframes.
• Manage customer communication, including email responses.
• Assist in meeting team Sales Boost targets.
• Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Perform various store administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support the Store Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks.
• Ensure all sales and administrative documentation is completed and submitted timeously.
• Undertake additional duties as required from time to time.
