Retail Store Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic retail assistant to take on a customer facing role and assist with sales, collections and in store customer queries. Ultimately, a top-class retail assistant is able to improve loyalty by creating lasing bonds with customers through a short interaction with the customer.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of information between automated monitoring systems and other engineers, management, and external stakeholders.
• Assist customers in the sales journey
• Prepare orders for collection and facilitate collections and RICA
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Explain billing, and optimization post purchase/collection, to prevent confusion amongst customers, and in turn ensure a longer customer lifetime value
• Recommend rainOne to existing clients
• Be a team player, and assist were required
• Regular inventory checks

• Experience in customer service, sales and retention
• Computer literacy

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
