POSITION INFO:

Retail Store Manager required for a reputable retail company based in Zwelitsha, Eastern Cape

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Additional certifications in retail management or leadership an advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Monitor expenses and maintain budget controls.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Coordinate promotional activities and oversee merchandising displays
