RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the RETAIL STORES INDUSTRY to recruit a RETAIL BRANCH MANAGER to be based at their branch in PORT SHEPSTONE, R18 000 TO R25 000 ctc, including benefits. (Employment equity candidates only, i.e. Black African male and female candidates.)
OUR CLIENT IS A WELL ESTABLISHED NATIONAL COMPANY SUPPLYING STATIONERY AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT. THEY SUPPORT MANY COMMUNITY INITIATIVES AIMED AT THE UPLIFTMENT OF DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES THROUGH EDUCATION AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING.
The ideal candidate should have/be the following:
At least 5 years retail sales management experience, with a proven track record in exceeding targets
Relevant Retail, Sales or Management qualification would be an advantage
Own transport is essential
Valid Driver’s License
Key responsibilities, but not limited to managing:
Staff.
Customer service standards.
Communication in the workplace.
Inventory control.
Sales performance.
Financial and operational aspects of the branch.
Loss control and security.
General administration.
Health and safety.
Merchandising and housekeeping
Stock take.
Remuneration:
R18 000 TO R25 000 ctc, including benefits.
