Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the receiving of tyres, ensuring accurate documentation and quality standards are met.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the Treading Department to prioritize and allocate materials efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using systems.
• Lead and train receiving team members to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
• Address and resolve issues with shipments, including coordinating with vendors or suppliers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Proven experience in receiving, warehouse management, or a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory control practices and quality inspection procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
