Revenue Controller

SUMMARY:
Are you a finance professional with a passion for optimising revenue and driving business growth? My client is looking for a Revenue Controller to join their prestigious and well-established property and retail company. In this key role, you will oversee the management of their revenue processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while helping to steer the company toward continued success

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Ensure all actual and accrued turnover billings for the month are accurately processed
Ensure all monthly activities are completed before the statement run
Compile and distribute the monthly turnover report by the set deadline for discussion
Assist credit controllers with processing-related queries
Provide support to the Analyst and Leasing teams with account-related queries
Report exceptions to Property Management
Attend regular meetings with Business Units to keep them abreast of new information and to maintain sound working relationships

Qualification:
Bcom Accounting Degree
