SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Rooms Division Supervisor to join their team, at their a prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting a dedicated team across the Front Desk, and Housekeeping departments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, and Housekeeping.
Supervise, train, and motivate the rooms division team to ensure consistent delivery of 5-star guest service.
Assist in managing guest check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly.
Maintain and enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a memorable guest experience.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Monitor room occupancy levels, availability, and reservations, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently, maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Assist with the preparation of departmental reports, schedules, and performance reviews.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or management role in Rooms Division or Front Office within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong understanding of front office operations, guest services, and housekeeping standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, or similar).
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
