We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Rooms Division Supervisor to oversee the seamless operation of our front office and housekeeping departments. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
• Monitor room availability and coordinate reservations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and training to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for housekeeping and front office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas of responsibility.
• Prepare reports on room occupancy, revenue, and departmental performance for management review.

• A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or 5-star establishment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera or similar software.
