SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Recruiter with recruiting experience, from sourcing talent and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring competent employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description of main duties

The ideal candidate must have working experience on
- extensive experience in recruiting and sourcing of candidates
- Placement Partner.
-Executive Placement
- Recruitment Portals such as Careers24, Pnet, Indeed, Adzuna, etc
- Must have reasonable understanding and experience working with Time sheets

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Human Resources Diploma/certificate
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Hands on experience with various selection processes
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills

Experience

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Additional Information

Knowledge of applicable laws, standards and specifications
