Telesales Consultant
Salary: R8 000 - R10 000 negotiable per month
Based in Montague Gardens

A leading organisation requires an energetic, sales driven, vibrant and customer focused individual with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills to join their dynamic sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric and Tertiary qualification advantageous
Drivers licence and own vehicle
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
3 years minimum Cold calling and Telesales experience
Sales driven
Must be time orientated, friendly, sales peoples person with great written and excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be assertive, yet still maintaining respect with customers and colleagues
Ability to build strategic relationships with customers and gain credibility
Must be able to display (excellent) listening skills
Strong Administrative skills
MS Office proficient
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organise and prioritise
High energy levels, positive work attitude and a team player
Focused with excellent attention to detail
Sense of urgency (response to clients)
Excellent telephone manner
