RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the INK MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY to recruit a SALES ADMINISTRATOR to be based at their office in KEMPTON PARK, JOHANNESBURG. R15 500 to R17 000ctc.
OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER OF SPECIALISED INKS, COATINGS AND ADHESIVES THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA.
The SALES ADMINISTRATOR will be a member of the technical sales team and this position plays a key role in ensuring customers are provided with the highest levels of service. The role will also be responsible for the administration of the HR activities for the branch, in collaboration with internal and external HR.
The ideal candidate should have/be the following:
National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
5 Years’ experience in an administration role in a sales environment where customer service was a focus.
Computer literacy - Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Previous experience on an ERP system.
Previous experience in HR administration (an advantage).
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and feedback.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Sales order processing.
Administrative support to senior management – communication with customers, scheduling appointments, etc.
Stock monitoring – managing the transfer of stock on the financial system.
Tracking customer complaints.
Adherence to Workflow SOP’s.
Administering courier services when required.
Reception.
Maintaining necessary documentation accurately and timeously for HR systems and processes
Remuneration:
R15 500 to R17 000ctc.
