SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Secretary to assist the Office Manager with administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation at the client’s head office THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO COMMENCE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In order to secure the position, you will require the following abilities and proven skills

  • Completed Grade 12
  • Secretarial certificate/diploma would be advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years secretarial experience essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain electronic filing systems
  • Updating and maintaining various internal processes
  • Diary management
