JOB DESCRIPTION:

Capturing of cashbook and payments and reconciliation of suppliers. Prepare journals, reconcile inter-company transactions and balances, reconcile and collect debtors' balances, reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts. Assist with monthly information and support Accountant in carrying put the responsibilities of the accounts department.

Process cashbooks
Process suppliers
Process journals
Processing of creditors reconciliation
Prepare and issue invoices for inter-company loan account
Balance inter-company loan accounts and prepare payments
Customer invoicing on request
Debtors' collections
Maintain fixed assets register
