SUMMARY:
Seeking a skilled Senior/Sous Chef to collaborate closely with the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring food quality and freshness, and maintaining consistency by following designated recipes.

Requirements:
- Culinary Diploma.
- Approximately 4 years of experience in a senior chef role.
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings, public holidays, and weekends.
