SERVICE/WORKSHOP MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE (WITBANK)

SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate for the Workshop/Service Manager position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable running of the service department. They should be able to manage a team, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain a well-organized workshop.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) 
- Computer literacy (Office Suite) 
- Valid Driver’s License 
- 2 years of experience in a motor dealership environment 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Qualified Motor Technician (A – Certification) 
- Management Diploma 
- Prior managerial experience in the motor dealership industry 
- Solid knowledge of financial budgeting principles 
- Familiarity with 2000/2010 electrical technology (Boardnet) 
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety Act (1993) 
- Knowledge of Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act
