SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for a SETA Skills Development Project Data Capturers Officer, to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. This will be a contract position for 4 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Intermediate MS Excel Course.
  • Minimum 2 years capturing alpha/numeric data in MS Excel spreadsheets.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance of data.
  • Experience working with a SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority), specifically in capturing Discretionary Grant project data, is highly desirable
KPAs:
  • Downloading and e-storing of project company
    documents
  • Data capturing
  • Sourcing and e-storing of missing learner documents
  • Facilitating the registration and uploading of signed WBLPAs on the LMIS
