Are you passionate about quality, precision, and operational excellence in the automotive space? We’re looking for an experienced SFC Manager to take ownership of vehicle inspections, pre-delivery processes, and warehouse coordination at a high-performing automotive hub in Durban.

POSITION INFO:

? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vehicle assembly quality and pre-delivery inspections
• Identify and report damages or quality issues
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs and audit checklists
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams
• Manage documentation and sign-off processes for each vehicle
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

✅ You’ll Need:

• Solid experience in automotive operations, quality control, or parts management
• A hands-on, structured approach to problem-solving and process adherence
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g. SAP, warehouse or workshop software) is a plus
