SUMMARY:
DBN000019 - SHE OFFICER - (BALLITO)

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure a safe and compliant work environment by managing safety protocols, monitoring site compliance, addressing safety concerns, coordinating training, and handling related admin tasks.

Required Qualifications:

1. Relevant Safety Qualification (must be eligible to sign off on safety files).
2. 2-3 years experience in the construction industry.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Prepare and keep all Safety Files updated and compliant.
2. Oversee safety compliance across multiple sites by completing required documentation, providing guidance to foremen and staff, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
3. Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations.
4. Facilitate safety training sessions for employees when needed.
5. Participate in and address all safety audits.
6. Resolve safety-related queries and concerns from employees.
7. Organize external training sessions with service providers when necessary.
8. Submit claims related to training under the Skills Development Levy.
