SHE Supervisor – Rietvlei, Pretoria North

POSITION INFO:

CK Africa Talent is seeking an experienced SHE Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing company in Rietvlei, Pretoria North. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture across the factory and associated quarries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control, audit, and maintain SHE systems.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Produce safety-related reports and statistics.
• Train employees and contractors on SHE policies and procedures.
• Perform inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and OSH Act.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Matric (Grade 12); SHEQ qualification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a SHE supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in English and Zulu, with strong knowledge of SHE legislation.
• Other: Valid Code EB (08) driver’s license.
