SHEQ Administrator - 3 Month Contract

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide vital support to our client's SHEQ team. This temporary role requires someone with a background in SHEQ or a basic understanding of the field, along with strong administrative and technical skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance and efficiency across various SHEQ processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct SHE inspections and first aid box checks.
• Organise and maintain electronic records on SharePoint.
• Manage supplier and customer safety files, including audits.
• Coordinate building repairs and maintenance with suppliers.
• Schedule employee training and annual medicals.
• Handle general administration tasks.
• Share weekly safety updates and maintain SHEQ notice boards.

• Familiarity with SHEQ processes or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (or the ability to adapt to electronic systems swiftly).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
