SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available! Our well known client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a SHEQ Officer/ Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team in East London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: 

Safety Officer
  • Maintain SHE program
  • Control of SHE records
  • Maintaining of Contractor’s safety files
  • Ensure that SHE policy is adhered to throughout the company
  • Assist in and follow up incident investigation


Administration:
  • Executive Co-Ordinator for Managing Director
  • Booking & Accommodation through head office plant
  • Managing and Co-Ordination of reports
  • Minutes Taking
  • Report and communicate with Germany
  • Manage appointments and meetings
Job Requirements: 

  • Education: Matric and Health and Safety Qualification
  • Code 08 Licence [Experience in driving]
  • Experience: 1-3 SHE and Admin experience
  • Knowledge: SAMTRAC will be an added advantage
  • Car: Owning or Access to a Vehicle is advantageous
  • Computer literacy
  • Filing of reports, documents etc.
