SUMMARY:
Our client in the waste management sector, has an opportunity available for a SHEQ Practitioner to be based in the Secunda area.  This will be Fixed Term Contract position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • SAMTRAC certification
  • Experience in a relevant role
Duties:
  • Training of policies, procedures, LSR’s and conducting evaluation tests (On site and Depot).
  • Compiling Health and Safety files when required.
  • Performing safety officer duties on site as required, minimising company risks onsite
  • Reviewing policies and procedures and providing feedback for revising
  • Compiling of risk assessments and method statements
  • Compiling and communication of lessons learned
  • Compiling of incident debriefing report
  • Maintaining outlining depots (Sasolburg)
